Vocational didactics in Switzerland: developing tranversal competences
How can transversal competences such as ‘critical thinking and problem solving’, ‘communication’, ‘collaboration’, ‘creativity and innovation’ be acquired and deepened in VET? In this follow-up project, researchers at the Leading House ‘Vocational Didactics’ will develop competence analysis tools for vocational school teachers, workplace trainers and branch course instructors. They will also analyse the general conditions and develop didactic concepts and models to promote the development of transversal competences.
