Understanding expertise and its link to observation is a complex subject that have fascinated academics and education throughout the years. In this project, researchers will tackle the problem by firstly exploring the visual languages (images and annotations) of different professions and then will try to understand how observation and expertise can be fostered in novices through the use of images and annotations.
