Equal employment opportunities for the disabled
In December 2019, SFIVET became the first tertiary-level institution in Switzerland to obtain the iPunkt label from the non-profit organisation Impulse. SFIVET earned this label by taking concrete steps to create equal opportunities in the workplace, thereby setting standards for inclusion. SFIVET has established a policy of integrating skilled workers with disabilities or health impairments in the workplace. With the iPunkt label, Impulse confirms that SFIVET recognises barriers in the working environment and systematically tackles them.

SFIVET joins 60 other iPunkt-certified companies that willingly implement specific measures to foster equal opportunities. They prove that workers with disabilities can be relied upon and that doing so creates a win-win situation for the parties involved.
