«Trained health care assistants - a dream job or a stopover?»

Where are the trained health care assistants five years after graduation? What roles and functions do they assume in the healthcare sector? What are their prospects? Why do  they change their occupation or field of activity?

To a great extent, answers to these questions were missing until now, although they are crucial for developing much-needed actions for a balanced situation of the skilled personnel. Due to the aging society, the shortage of skilled personnel has particularly precarious consequences in the healthcare sector.

OBS SFIVET and OdASanté will present for the first time the new results of the career study on trained health care assistants. Representatives from companies, politics and education, as well as health professionals will discuss the challenges and present examples of good practice.

For further information and the detailed agenda of the conference please see the right-hand menu on this page.
